Products will be shipped under normal circumstances from available stock within 7 days of order via USPS or other courier as determined by The Photon Factory. If specific shipping options have been selected by the customer, we will make our best effort to accomodate the selected method. The Photon Factory is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
In the event that the product is out of stock or otherwise requires additional delay, we will make attempts to inform you via email or phone. If a product will be delayed more than 30 days prior to shipping, your order will be cancelled and money refunded. Exception: If a product is marked as being out of stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing prior to shipment.
Free Domestic Shipping:
On eligible orders, buyer may choose the "Free Shipping" option when presented at checkout to take advantage of our "FREE Domestic USPS Shipping on all orders $60 and up!" offer. Failure to select the correct correct shipping option may result in a shipping fee being imposed. Free Domestic shipping applies only to shipments within the United States or in otherways "domestic" as determined by USPS, and totalling $60 or more in product at the time of checkout. The Photon Factory reserves the right to choose alternate carriers without notice.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship outside of the United States.
Products may be returned within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and additional service charge in the amount of original shipping cost or reasonable equivalent. In the unlikely event that the product stops working within 90 days, please return it for repair or replacement as determined by The Photon Factory. Return shipping shall be at the expense of the customer. Please contact us to make further arrangements and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Units will only be repaired or replaced if found to be a defect in materials or workmanship. Under no circumstances will units showing physical or electrical abuse/misuse be aceptable for repair/replacement.
We will pack your product with best intentions for safe delivery, however, in the event that the product arrives damaged from abuse in shipping, please follow the policies and procedures set forth by the courier to seek replacement compensation.
